Your flight time starts one hour before the actual time to enter the employee flight schedule. The IBProxima system time sometimes fails, so it's better to check the event time on the Discord server. If a flight you had scheduled disappears, then it is no longer assigned to you. If there is any error, contact the customer service team on the employee server.

To request a LOA (temporary leave) you must correctly complete all the data in the following form. When you submit it, the corresponding Department team will contact you within the next 48 hours. If no one contacts you within that period or you do not receive any update on your request, open a ticket on the employee server. Normally the time limit for a leave is up to 2 weeks. After that, it is likely that your leave will not be accepted. You must have worked or contributed something as an employee to Iberia to be granted leave.
